2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (7g each)
¾ cup boiling water
2 cups cold unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1½ scoops Chocolate Shakeology

Preparation:
1. Combine gelatin and water in a medium bowl until dissolved.
2. Add almond milk.
3. Place gelatin mixture and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour into 4 dessert cups.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
